For data hosted by our customers on our servers, the customer is the data controller and we act as data processor — see our Data Processing Agreement.

We maintain access and server logs (including IP addresses) for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. These logs help us protect our infrastructure and other customers. They are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and security standards. HostPowr does not store your full payment card information.
