Getting Started
This is the section for the first hour of a new hosting account. It covers the four things that have to happen before a site is live: getting WordPress or your own files onto the server, pointing the domain at us, moving an existing site across from another host, and getting the certificate issued so the address bar shows a padlock.
If you are migrating rather than starting fresh, read the migration guide before you change any DNS. The order matters — moving the domain first means downtime while the files copy, and moving it last means none.
